How do you define a true welcome?

A true welcome is the art of making every guest feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for from the very first moment they enter our hotel. It’s all about the hospitality and willingness to pay attention to every detail. However, communication is also of crucial importance, and I mean genuine communication. We truly want to hear our guests in order to better fulfill their needs. As a result, we create an atmosphere of trust from the very first moment of their stay.

What does hospitality truly mean to you?

For Armenians, hospitality isn’t just a gesture. It’s part of who we are. It runs through our blood and comes naturally in the way we treat each other. True hospitality isn’t only what happens when you walk in. It’s what we do before, during, and after your visit. It’s a two-way street. We give and receive warmth and care. After all, the human touch is our most treasured value, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.

What detail is most often overlooked, yet is essential to taste? If a wedding were a dish, what would it be?

Beyond every ingredient lies something greater: love. When a dish is not prepared with love, nothing else can truly make it delicious.

If a wedding were a dish, it would undoubtedly be Armenian barbecue. At Armenian weddings, it is brought out to the guests accompanied by music and dance. It is considered the centerpiece of the table and symbolizes celebration and joy.
