Much of Armenia's culinary heritage, especially coming from Western Armenia, has been lost, so modern Armenian cuisine doesn't reveal the depth of the once rich culinary heritage. Little remains of the regional flavors of traditional cooking. At Tufenkian Kharpert restaurant we serve signature dishes from Western Armenia in a contemporary approach to cooking , along with the international dishes and cherish the culture of paring good food with good Armenian wines.
